Frank brings 30 years of exceptional sales, sales management, and business development skills to Atlantic Synergies' board. He has held various management positions for large global corporations such as MCI, XO, Western Union, and start-up companies such as Telseon IP Services, Lexent Metro Connect and Globix.

He has created sales markets and alternate resale channels within the financial services, insurance and energy industries, as well as US and global telecom and Internet providers. He also has extensive experience successfully marketing and selling voice, data, Internet and Information Technology services, as well as consulting to those industries.

Frank has collected a wide range of contacts and personal relations across many industries in the New York City area. He participates with the Wall Street Telecommunications Association, and several prominent industry organizations. He graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College in the City of New York.
