Jean-Marie serves as a consultant to domestic and international technology companies. His expertise includes international business development, market opportunity analysis, product marketing strategy and international program management. His knowledge ranges across a wide variety of technologies in both telecommunications and information systems. He has been providing direct sales, business development and related services to Atlantic Synergies clients in both the US domestic and global markets.

Jean-Marie brings an extensive international experience in telecommunications, IT consulting and system integration to Atlantic Synergies. He has 18+ years work experience with start-ups and large mature companies. Prior to consulting, Jean-Marie successfully developed UUNET/WorldCom IP and Data business globally through various marketing initiatives. This included programs for expanding IP coverage from 15 to around 50 countries through partnerships and alternate access technologies. His other professional experience includes 11 years with Sligos in France, a large global system integrator now merged with Atos-Origin. At Sligos, he managed complex projects covering engineering and deployment of information systems for large European accounts such as France Telecom, BMW, Air France and French Government Agencies.

Jean-Marie is graduated from ESME in Paris-France, a private engineering university in electronics and computer science, and was awarded a Quality Assurance Certification from the Quality Management College of Sligos in France. He is bilingual English-French.
